Tier 2 - ILR - PEO Address on Employer Letter

Hi,

I plan to apply for same day ILR at premium service centre. I got my employment reference letter addressed to Cardiff PEO address in the assumption that I would apply at Cardiff.

Now as I could not find appointment availability at Cardiff for my desired date, I would like to book in Liverpool but with the letters addressed to Cardiff PEO.

Will this be an issue?

You didn't have to provide PEO location on the letter. Can you not ask your emploer to provide new letter with to "Home office " or "to whom it may concern"

Unfortunately I could do that with my current employer. But it is a big pain with my previous employer. Its a mistake I made.

Personally I wouldn't be worrying at all. It is okay. They need a letter if they want they w'll confirm wit hthe employer.

This is a trivial issue, not likely to impact your application. If everything else in your application is up to the mark, no need to worry about it. However, you can include a covering letter explaining your change of plans with PEOs for your comfort.
