Need Advise urgent on Priority visa application for Tier4

Hello everyone,

I am new on this forum and seek advise on some key issue of Tier 4 visa. I am in UK on a dependent visa and got this extended recently and it is valid for some more time.

I am looking for a research degree and soon getting offer from an uni in London for January intake. As I am in UK on a dependent visa, I want to have tier 4 visa for myself (husband and kids dont want to stay after their visa expiry and a possibility of husband's job is transferable to another European country) and I would be in a spot if that happens as I will not have any legal status in UK to continue study.

I am bit confused on applying visa from India. Is it a good option to apply on a priority service for student visa from India as the holiday season will start soon and delays would be expected in getting a visa for January admission? I meet all other legal requirements for the visa. Also, for funding can I show two account statements from different bank, reason being I have my individual account and a joint account in another bank where we have funds. Request urgent advise as I have to go to India next week to apply for CAS and visa.

It's entirely your choice. Check the current processing times and work out the logistics of your application.
