Tier 2 general Visa in process - Reapply through a different sponsor

Hello all,

I have applied for a Tier 2 general visa change of employer in London UK. I have been staying in London with my family for 3.5 years. Application was made on 20/10. Unfortunately, the sponsorship licence of my sponsor got suspended on 07/11. All my documents are with the HO and my visa has expired on 03/11. I think my application is placed on hold.

I have found another A rated sponsor. How shall I proceed.

1. Can I withdraw my application and re-apply with the new sponsor?
2. Since my Visa has expired, when I withdraw my application, will I be overstaying?
3. Are there other options?
