Since there are a number of Nigerians on this platform, I thought it was necessary to start an appeal thread for us.

I was refused under 320 (II) for overstaying

Appeal Timeline

Application sent: April 14
Refusal: July 13
Appeal sent: July 20
Notice of appeal received from tribunal: July 25
Appeal sent from tribunal to HO: August 24
