Hello
I have a emergency situation which requires me and my dependant child to travel. It's been 5 months I have been waiting for a decision on my extension application, but it's emergency now, how do I get my passport back please ? Please help

Don't ask for passport 1st. If you have a proof that you have an emergency then please send it to home office along with a letter but don't mention that you want to leave UK.
I know few people who got their visa aprroved on these basis.

You can get your documents back quicker if you ask for a faster decision on your application. This costs £400, in addition to the application fee you’ve already paid.

Are fast track decisions applicable to the entrepreneur category? I thought this category was excluded.

I believe you're right, I overlooked that. @bubbly123 Be aware that requesting a return of your passport could risk the withdrawal of the application.
