Actually, your baby has free NHS only for three months. So, he is no longer eligible for free NHS even if you are staying in the country.Bluestone189 wrote: ↑Sun Nov 12, 2017 8:24 pmMy baby boy is born in Uk and is 4 months old , can he travel out of uk with me and if he gets his visa will his NHS dues will be free as now and his status will remain same or changed?
A UK born baby without a visa will never becomes an overstayer; however the baby remains a citizen of the parents country. The baby has to leave with you if you do not regularise your stay in the UK. If you want to benefit from the NHS beyond the 3 first months after birth, the baby needs a dependent visa and you must pay IHS as advised.Bluestone189 wrote: ↑Mon Nov 20, 2017 10:50 amIf I don't apply for the visa now and wait till our next extension visa date which is in August 2018 and unfortunately if our extension is declined due to any reason then what status will be of my new born baby and will he have to go back with us or we have any other choice. What charges will I have to pay for him other than NHS and where?
