Urgent advise to appear in A2 exam

Halo, I need a urgent advise regarding my case, as I have applied for spouse visa extension and my application is still under process and they asked for English language (A2) qualification and I have been given only have given only 15 days to submit the same But as of know my passport is with home office .Can anyone suggest me what to do ?
