Hi,

Was wondering if someone can help.

For extension we have to invest 200k in a business. Is it okay if we open two companies as a director and invest 100k in one and 100 k in another. One will be a food business and another a health business.

Or do we have to invest 200 k in one business only and can't split up like that?

You can split into as many businesses as you want
