COS is about to expire

Hi All,


Its been 3 months and 20 days since I applied for Tier 2 visa however, my visa application is in pending status. I received message from UKVI that my application is not straight forward and they will take more time on it. My COS is valid for 3 months and its validity will finish on 15th Nov.

I don't know when will i get response from UKVI. What if they don't respond till 15th Nov.

What should I do in this case. As my COS will expire, soon, how this will be handled. Please suggest.
