What if flight is cancelled on the day my visa expires ?

My visa expires on 30/11 and my flight is at 11am that day.

What if the flight gets cancelled, how do I show evidence that I have no intention to overstay ?

This is very important to me as I plan to come back to the UK.

Having been almost stranded at Moscow Sheremetyevo Airport in 2002 I always make sure I have a few days leeway and book before end of visa date.

If you are unlucky enough to have a flight delayed until after midnight, you will have overstayed. It is not about your intention, it is about what actually happens.
