Tier 2 ICT to Tier 2 General

Hi,

Please can you help me with the information related to cooling off of Tier 2 conversion.

I travelled to UK to 2013 and came back to India in Sep 2014, again went to UK for the second time from April 2017 to October 2017, both were on Tier 2 ICT short term visa.

My present ICT tier 2 short term visa is still valid till April 2018, but as my project got over i came back to India in October.

I have a Job offer from UK company, where in they are ok to sponsor me for tier 2 general visa, but my doubt is will cooling off apply to my scenario.

As i travelled to UK on two different short term visas , do i need to still wait for one year cooling off before i apply for tier 2 general?

12 months cool off period applies
