FLR(M) query on living together with British partner

Hi,

Firstly, apologies admins I couldn't find my previous post thread so had to post afresh.

Now the query. I have been filling up the online application for FLR(M) and it asked to confirm that I will provide documents showing that my partner and I have been living together for 2years. My wife is British citizen. We first met on 25 November 2016 and got married on 10 November 2017. We live together since 1 July 2017 so we haven't lived together for 2years but DOES THIS MATTER AS WE ARE MARRIED NOW?

Can anyone confirm please?

Hi Casa,

I am currently on Tier 2 General.

In which case you can switch to FLR(M) as a spouse. There's no need to show 2 years of co-habitation. This is for unmarried partners or for married couples who are applying for their second 2.5 year extension.
