Pr application refuse

Hi all ....

I apply for Pr and got refusal letter today that I didn't provide my ex id .
I obtained retained right of residence in Dec 2016 which is valid till 2021

But on the refusal it's says that We determined that's you do not have retained right of rasidence in the uk after divorce .

Need your help please

Hi jay did you explain you can’t provide your ex I.d because u r not inTouch with her and what’s is your timeline please share it.

I have the same issue , so I have write letter and some legal documents that i can not provided my ex ID and I have send the application back to home office(new application) hope it will not be long

My timeline is

Apply on 14 August

And refusal on10/11
