Informing HO of new circumstances

Hi all!!! I have submitted our PR application last 27th September...Recently the company my husband was working for lost their contract on the site where he is assigned and his employment is then transferred to the new contractor...this is effective from 4th of November and was wondering if i should submit the letter he had received from this new company or wait until his payslip come to submit these new evidence as I believe i have to inform them of the new circumstances plus he is working more hours on this new contract...and where should i submit these additional documents?

Please all reply will be greatly appreciated.Thank you in advance!
