Hi,

I was on Tier 4 dependent visa till Nov 10th 2017. Then I converted to Tier 2 dependent visa.

While I was on Tier 4 dependent visa, I got a job offer and the company applied for my sponsorship.
They applied for Tier 2 RCOS - Tier 4 dependent switching to Tier 2 General Category and NOT under Tier 2 new hires under 150K category. Now the COS has been approved. However meanwhile I changed to Tier 2 dependent visa since my spouse also got sponsored at the same time.

Can you please let me know whether with the RCOS - Tier 4 dependent switching to Tier 2 General Category , I can apply from outside the country or does my company have to apply for new COS - under Tier 2 new hires under 150K category?
