Payment form for citizenship

Good evening everyone,

Hope someone can point me to the correct link/direction... I'm looking for the form to pay for the citizenship fee but unable to find it.

I have searched the gov.uk with no result.

So how do I pay with my card? Do I pay over the phone when I call the NCS to book for an appointment?
