Hello,
This is my confusing case. I came to uk as student in 2002, and I stayed legal till 2007 before my first child born. ( child is 8 years old now).
Since 2007 We are illegally living in uk. In 2011, I met an English man and we started living together in 2012 as fiancée in a very ingenious relationship. We have bills/ joined account together since 2012 which prove we are settled down together, plus my son school for all this year, and we are living in the same owed house for all this year, in my fiancé name.
My fiancé comply with the immigration financial requirements, plus pensions and savings.
Now I’m 7 months pregnant and he want to marry me before my second child will born in February/ 2018.
1. Am I allowed to marry him here in uk, without deportation?
2. If I marry him in uk , and apply for a visa from here for me and my first child , could we ended up with some hospital fees?
3. Which option is the best to marry him before or after baby born ?( as I believe the baby will be British).
4. I have been advised to deal with my immigration status after my first son will grant his BRITISH citizenship in may/ 2009.
5. Also I been advised to marry my fiancé after baby born and to go back to my country to apply for a visa for my child and I in there to avoid future charges. Also I’ve been told to not take my first child out of country now, as in 17 months he will classified for a British citizen, taking him out of the country could be a risk.
I’m so confused with all this different opinions about my case.
Please help!
Many thanks
