Waiting for British Passport

Hello

I applied for my childs Joint citizenship and passport application service
I recieved her Registration Certificate issued on 31st Oct 2017.

But I have still not recieved her British Passport . On calling Passport office,they said we have not recived the information from UKVI to process passport
On calling UKVI office they say you can just email 'citizenship.support@homeoffice.gsi.gov.uk' and they will reply

I have not got any response yet

Can you suggest what to do
