Regarding COS (Sponsorship)

Post by sudeepfixxxer » Thu Nov 16, 2017 10:34 pm

Hi
I am working as an "Application Support Analyst" on Tier 2 ICT dependent Visa and looking to get sponsored through my company. But Same role not listed on Shortage occupation list and so as per my company's view unlikely there is no specialized skill set for this job role to get the sponsorship. SO what's the option to get sponsored as my current Visa will be expiring on 15th March 2017.

It doesn't have to be on the shortage occupation list to get a sponsorship.
If you have a job description, then go to https://www.gov.uk/guidance/immigration ... illed-work and find the closest description to your job "titles don't matter", and that should be your SOC job code.

Best of Luck
