Fresh claim

Hi,I’m an Iranian citizen and I live in uk for about 10 years.i came to uk
when I was a teenager.i have been granted asylum in court but the home
office made an appeal against the decision.than 6 years later i made an
appeal again and home office realised that they have been made an error in
law and they should have been grant my asylum when I was a teenager
,however after all the difficulties I have been through they grant me a 6
month visa which if we we go back to the time which I come to the country
,I’m still 16 years of old. and now they should grant my visa which home
office refused to do so.right now it’s more than 6 month since I made a
fresh claim and still don’t hear anything from the home office.i am
struggling with my living and I sleep rough on the streets ,It’s been twice
now which I attempt soicide and lost .can some one please help me and tell
me what I must do and how long more I have to wait???? which is 10 years now as
i don’t see a single organisation which I haven’t been to and didn’t get
useful information from.many thanks

If you are reading this, please contact your local Citizens Advice Bureau branch. I don't know whether you are entitled to legal aid, they should be able to tell you
