EEA Family Permit Fees

Hello there, i am wondering if someone is available to help me. I have been in the ukGov webside and says and many of you that there is not fee for a EEA family permit but when doing the process the EEA form. The only option to get an appoiment is paying a fee.

I have a spanish passport but my father is Peruvian. I would like to apply for thr EEA for free as they say in their webside but seems to be imposible. Could someone please help me.

Yes the EEA FP is free, you keep filling the online forms, follow each step, the when you get to the appointment page, book the appointment, once you get the appointment made, the following page will tell you that there is no fee to pay. Simple, keep filling the form, till the end.
