Tier 2 intra company transfer dependent unmarried

Post by elanimeganslabbert » Sun Nov 19, 2017 10:29 am

Hi Guys

I recently got an opportunity to work in the UK for 3 years with my employer starting Jan next year.

I am planning to apply for my partner as a dependent on the Tier 2 visa. We are however unmarried but have been living together for 3 years and been together for 10 years.

I have the following documentation as proof of cohabitation:
- Rental agreements in both our names from 1 Jan 2015 to 31 Dec 2017
- Utility bills and clothing accounts in my name showing the adressess lived at
- Payslips in his name showing the addresses lived at.
- His and my bank statements showing he has been making payments from March 2015 up to now every month into my account to cover his part of the living expenses.

My employer however mentioned we would need more documentation and this is stressing me out as we don't have anything else to show? Is what we have enough, and if not, what else can we get together? Will signed affidavits from family and friends, facebook pictures, cohabitation agreements between him and me help?
