Spouse settlement visa: What docs are required at arrival in the UK?

I hope someone can help me !!

My husband has got his settlement visa from Pakistan.
Can somebody please help me what docs he has to carry for UK entry Clearance?
I have his original TB test and he has attested copies of it in Paksitan.
A copy of TB test would be ok for him to present at airport.
Would that be ok if he can't present the original which I have in Uk sent back from Sheffield?
What kind of proof does he need if asked where he would stay? (My home address)
Does he need to have a copy of my tenancy agreement?
His name is not on tenancy agreement at all.
Would a council tax letter be enough showing my home address?
Do I have to collect him on the airport (I am on a tour not in UK at the moment) or can someone else can collect him?

TB certificate or its copy is enough, nothing else is required.

I just noticed his tb test has been expired. What to do?

Does he need new valid one?

His visa is expiring on 9th december 2017. He has to arrive in the uk before that date

Should be fine. Tell him to take current TB certificate anyway. There are x-rays machines at airports, so he may be asked to undertake an examination again, if required.
