Trouble booking a biometric appointment in Adelaide

Hey everyone,
Would absolutely appreciate any help on this one as i've hit a brick wall.

I'm trying to book a biometrics appointment for my settlement visa application. The problem is... I can't fully submit my online application to VISA4UK as, I am still in the UK with my partner and it asks for details of your last 5 visits (I am obviously still on a visit here and I can't select a date past the current day).

I'm returning to Australia next month and I would like to have an appointment sorted for the first few days when I land, preferably in Adelaide.

The problem is... Nobody can help me! i have talked to UKVI twice, the UK Embassy in Canberra and the Commonwealth Department of Immigration and Border Protection and nobody can tell me who organises the appointments in Adelaide (last time I had biometrics taken it was at the British Consulate but I have tried several times to make contact, unsuccessfully!) or how i can make one. At this point i'm quite willing to make one in either Melbourne or Sydney and travel there just for piece of mind.

As we all know, the timeframes of the applications are important!

Does anyone have any ideas on where to go?? Honestly any advice is WELCOMED!!!!
