hi every one new in this forum. Home office just 10/11/2017 refused my tier1 entrepreneur Dependant visa Reasons for Refusal is Toeic test which use in 2012 but in 2014 I applied Dependant visa inside uk but refused in August 2014 then I left country voluntary basis at own expense and reapply from back home in November 2014 and got 3year visa , until October 2017 now apply for extension and refused because of Toeic really upset just give Ar no right of appeal what’s chance and what is options really appreciate ur reply thnks
