Hi everyone,
I wanted to share my experience and if you have some kind of advice it will be much appreciate it because at this point I don’t know what would be he best choice.
Ive been with my partner for 9 years, I’m from Mexico we met online at the time he was married to a Pakistani girl I came to England in 2009 for 21 days and they separated two mo the before that their decree absolute was in 2010 I got pregnant and came back to England to give birth and we have a Daughter, she is 8 now (British and Mexican ) We tried to live in england in 2011 I applied for a dlr but after one year I got fed up with the situation and withdrew my visa and we went back to México, in November last year he was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis and we returned to England in January 2017 because he was under a very hard relapse and while here it got worse, it’s an incurable illness but nhs offer him treatment he is disabled he gets Esa disability premium now, I applied for a flr fp in June 2017 and got my refused letter on November 10th, I have 14 days to appeal what HO is saying is that I can’t probe that we lived together from January until June 2017 which I’ve been here looking after him and our daughter, the letter says that I can go back mexico and apply from there and in the meantime comunícate through modern technology and they can be looked after by the extended family, meaning the parents which have disabilities as well !! I don’t know what to do they say I have no insurmountable obstacles at all when in Mexico he couldn’t get treatment because they simply don’t have it,,, in your experience so you think if I appeal I would finally get a visa or is it just more wait of money, I couldn’t go back either because they can’t be on their own I mean simply would be outrageous specially considering his illness and with stress he gets worse !!
What do you think do I have a real possibility or not ?
