PBS Dependant to Tier-2 General CoS Question

Hi,

I am currently in the UK on a Tier-2 ICT Long Term Staff Visa and my wife is with me on a PBS Dependant visa. She has been offered a job by a company who are willing to sponsor her for a Tier-2 General visa but, the CoS they've given her says "Tier 2 (General - Switching Immigration Category)" and has our UK address as the Current home address. However, when I checked on https://www.gov.uk/tier-2-general/switch-to-this-visa, it says that PBS dependants must leave the UK and make their Tier 2 (General) application from abroad. So my question is whether the CoS is correct for our purpose and if not, what should the CoS category be?
