Hi
I have booked a Premium service appointment this morning around 00:30am and they payment has gone through. I have received the payment confirmation but the email says "you too too long to book an appointment so you have to book a new appointment"
But the issue is... when I log into my account, its showing payment successful. Its not letting me book any appointment. Also, the transaction is showing up in recent transactions.
I have emailed PSCAppointmentRefunds@homeoffice.gsi.gov.uk but they have not responded till yet.
Could someone please suggest what to do?? I cant even book another appointment because the money has gone out already.
