Hello brothers and sisters,
I was hoping someone could please give an opinion on our situation.
My EEA partner has been in the UK for some time now and when I have applied for a EEA FP I've attached her employment contract issued on 2016 where stated that her salary is £7960 per annum(working part-time). My application has been refused due to her earnings don't meet Primary Earnings Thresholds(PET) which is £8160 at the moment. Therefore the ECO wasn't satisfied she is a 'qualified person'
In second part of 2017 my partner's salary has been increased and she is now on more than £8200 per annum.
My question is: - if i re-apply on the EEA FP providing my wife's 4 latest payslips where her earnings above the PET - would this be accepted and she considered as a qualified person?
Any opinion would be very much appreciated and good luck to you all with your applications, brothers and sisters!
