30 mth been granted for my child

Hi please advice. I did apply for my child back Sept, I didn't have enough money for all the family. Now she been granted but not received the card yet I want to send application for me and the child dad .question do I have to wait for the biometric card to send with application? Why I am in rush coz I got notice of revocation of my driving licence coz I do not have leave. Please advice if it's ok to send application without my daughter biometric card.
