Tier2 General CoS Start Date and BRP Issue Date

I got my Tier2 General Visa approved by 01/11/2017 and my CoS Start Date was on 08/10/2017. Since the BRP issue date(01/11/2017) was later than the CoS Start Date(08/10/2017), so could you please suggest whether I would be able to join the new Employer with in 4 weeks after the Visa issue date(01/11/2017)?
