Lead time for IN-country Tier 2 dependent visa

Hi,

Please have a look at my situation - Tier 2 dependent visa (For myself and two kids) - Converting from Tier 2 ICT

Visa application submitted: 19/Oct/2017 Online

Documents(Passports and BRPs) sent to HO: 20/Oct/2017

Biometrics submitted: 24/Oct/2017

When i check the visa status daily online, it says reference number has not been recognized. I know the lead time for standard service through post is 8 weeks, and it's 5th week for me.

Did anyone receive their dependent visa before 8 weeks (For applications made IN country). I am a little tensed and there is no way to get to know the status and also can't fast track it now (As for these cases, conversion from standard to priority is not applicable)

Your experiences any in this regard will help
