Does a polish person need any visa to come to Turkey?

Hi friends;

at the end of this month, my polish girlfriend will come to Turkey. But I'm not sure if we need any visa for her or not?

As I know, we dont need to apply for any visa, we will just pay at airport for few days temporary travel document in turkey? is it right?
