Naturalisation English Test Advice

Hi
I need some ones expert advice on the English laguage requirement for Naturalisation.
When I was applying for ILR in 2014,I have satisfied the englis language requirement
by showing my postgraduate Dimploma in marketing(This what I have been using for my previouse
visas priorer to this as well).
Now I am preparing to apply for the Naturalisation & Postgraduate Diplomas are not under
exempted accepted english langauge excemptions.
However in the policy guidance Booket AN issued by HO it says if I have satisfied the
English Language requirement when applying for ILR or or after 2013, I dont have to
demonstarte the english langauge requrement again.

I just want to clarify if this is the case do I have to do the B1 level english exam for
the Naturalisation? Or will I be excempted becasue I have demonstated this for ILR
