Hearing help needed

Post by Raiden26 » Sat Nov 25, 2017 10:46 am

Hi everyone,
I need some help or advice please.
I've been in UK since 2007 as per home office and I have 2 son's born here, 1st child is 7 year old and 2nd is over 2 year old.
My visa was refused since 2010 under discretionary leave under article 8 and health as I've had a heart surgery in 2008.
When my visa was refused in 2010 my previous solicitor didn't appeal in time and therefore the home office count us as overstayers.
But with the help of my new solicitor he's been contacting the home office on numerous occasions to try and get them to accept our case which at some point we waited 3 year's before the home office replied to us.
In 2015 I went to seek help from an MP which instead of helping us, we received a letter from the office that our case has been refused again.
Again the solicitor sent another reconsideration Letter as we no appeal were allowed.
We finally got an in country apeal last year 2016 and last month I got a letter from the court for the hearing next year.

Please advise if possible

What is the advice that you are seeking?

Did you complained about the solicitor.
