Thanks very much for the advice.. but can I live in separation now? Or do I have to wait till another year.aarshad01 wrote: ↑Sat Nov 25, 2017 11:12 amyou can look as soon as you can! because your current status is in UK only because of her! if you can delay your divorce for 1 more year to complete your 3 years for retain right of residence or live in separation. would give you a right to apply for ROR.but bear in mind you need 3 years proof of work from her plus her ID to apply for ROR. else you have only 2 choices, either leave the country or get married again! hope it helps
as long as ur not divorced, you're in separation. you're legal and residence card is valid also. only if she stays in UK and continue exercising treaty rights.peteo wrote: ↑Sun Nov 26, 2017 10:38 amThanks very much for the advice.. but can I live in separation now? ideal for your to complete your 3 years first, you cant just divorce and marry again. you have to follow the rules again. give a notice in council for Marriage, take a date. and God Knows what will be youre status during that time before 3 years! consult with Solicitor!peteo wrote: ↑Sat Dec 02, 2017 11:17 amaarshad01 wrote: ↑Sun Nov 26, 2017 11:10 amas long as ur not divorced, you're in separation. you're legal and residence card is valid also. only if she stays in UK and continue exercising treaty rights.peteo wrote: ↑Sun Nov 26, 2017 10:38 amThanks very much for the advice.. but can I live in separation now? Thanks once again. So can I get married again now if I should divorce her now... or I still have to wait for another year to have 3years altogether for ROR?
