Hello everyone and good afternoon. My wife is a UK national and she is going to apply for spousal visa in December. She's working as permanent contract base as a teacher in a government school of UK. Her threshold is not enough to meet the visa requirements of spouse through her first job, so for the reason she's working extra hours in the same school after her real duty. But the reason is that her extra hours contract is going to finish in August. She may apply for the spousal application in April,2018. My question is that if she apply and even her salary meets the requirements of her spousal visa application with her extra hours work, but does the ECO ( entry clearance officer) consider that her extra hours contract is going to finished in August 2018 and that's why she may not meet the requirements? Does the salary requirements even count in the future salary after submiting the application?
Me and my wife is very much in stress about this complex thing. Please help us.. Thank you every one.
