Options to Localize when on Tier 2 ICT & Tier 2 General Combimation

Hi Everybody,

I arrived in UK on my current trip in Sept 2012 on a Tier 2 ICT Visa, around 2015 my wife got an opportunity in UK and went on a Tier 1 General Visa as being the spouse i went on a Tier 1 General Dependent Visa, however due to a planned baby she went on a long leave in 2016, which her employer did not liked, and we again transferred to Tier 2 ICT Visa and my wife went on Tier 2 ICT Dependent. Its been now 6.5 years approx, i can stay in UK on the current visa till my trip ends in 2021, which will be like 8.5 years of continuous residence. I have my baby born in UK in July 2017.

Are there any options for me to get to an ILR, can this be worked out, in any comination. Any guidance will be helpful. Thanks
