Our case was only financial requirement, where company tax return document was provided but the ECO did not acknowledge that.

Can you tell me how your wife submitted the documents? Did she go to VFS in Sylhet and submit, or did you send everything to Sheffield?

If you can list the exact process of this, I can provide an input as I know someone who also had to re-send few documents to UKVI from within the UK!

I have heard from few people about documents going missing when submitted in Sylhet.
