Subject access request

Hi I made a subject access request to the home office and requested all the information they have on me. I got it back a few weeks ago however it didn't have any of my out of country visa application forms. Is this normal? I specifically requested my out of countrty visa application forms when filling the SAR form but they didn't send me any. They sent me details of all applications I made in the UK but there was nothing about any applications i made outside the UK. Has anyone else experienced this? If so, how can one get their past visa application forms?

Also, the letter they sent me with my file stated that I can write to them to process and send me any records that were missing. I have done this requesting my out of country visa applications but I'm not sure how long it takes for them to respond to a follow up. Can someone please tell me how long it takes for them to respond to a follow up? Thanks in advance
