Waiting for biometrics letter

Hello to all readers,

I have lodge my Permanent Residence application under a family member of an EEA but have’nt received my biometrics letter since it’s been 2 months !!!!
here is my time line
Sept.13 - send application by mail
Sept.15- took the payment
Sept.27- receive email from home office with case number
??????? Nothing since then

Pls advice what I have to do
