Travel with child on dependent visa and parent on ILR

Hi Guys,
Anyone did recent trip with parents on ILR and children are still on Tier 2 dependent visa. Tier 2 visa would have been curtailed and you are given 60 days to leave the country or make fresh application .

1) Anyone went and came back recently in the same situation. (without MN1 application)

2) Will kids be allowed to enter UK if they are still on Tier 2 dependent visa which is curtailed and you have applied though MN1 (Application to register child under 18 as British citizen) . Can you leave the country and re-enter ?

I applied 5 Years settlement route same with my spouse.

ok I went out with kids . When came back there was no issue . This is for 5 years ILR route not 10 years . Depends BRP validity still be valid if the main applicant got ILR.

A person receiving ILR doesn’t imply that previous leave was curtailed!
