Searching through the forum there is a lot of confusion to what documents are required for successful Tier2 dependent application and come across many cases where the visa was refused due to the subsisting relationship. Therefore would love to contribute my knowledge to the forum,
Some background knowledge,
- I am in UK on Tier2 visa and my wife was applying from Pakistan as my dependent
- My wife applied for Tier4 visa back in August which was refused due to credibility interview.(the reason she applied for the student visa was that her employer was sponsoring her for study in UK and me/she was not aware that she can study on Tier2 dependent visa. Shouldn't have applied in the first place for Tier4 but glad that it was refused considering a lot of constraints of Tier4 visa)

3) Tuberculosis Test Certificate confirming that I have undergone screening for active pulmonary tuberculosis and that tuberculosis is not present.
4) Immigration health Surcharge, confirmation email print out
5) Tier2 dependent/partner visa application fee payment confirmation email printout
6) Original degree certificate
7) Copy of Mother CNIC
Copy of Father CNICEvidence for maintenance requirement (Required Funds in Bank account of dependent/wife)
1) Bank statement from XYZ, with their official logo and stamps on each page certifying the authenticity of the statement, showing that the funds in the account have not fallen below AMOUNT PKR (£AMOUNT) in the last consecutive 90 days period which is greater than the required £630.
2) The funds in the account are in PKR Currency, therefore attached OANDA report showing the currency exchange rate from PKR to GBP.
3) Account details used to show evidence of maintenance are as follows:

Evidence of marriage and subsisting relationship:
1) Original Marriage certificate/Nikkahnama (In Urdu Language with English translation provided)
2) Computerized Marriage Registration certificate issued by National Database & Registration Authority (NADRA)
3) Screenshots of Facebook posts at special occasions including our Engagement, Birthday, Anniversary, valentine day and new year cherishing and celebrating our relationship and expressing love for each other as husband and wife. Such posts have been liked and commented by friends and family members.
4) Photos of engagement ceremony, wedding ceremony and reception. Photos with husband taken before and after marriage on various occasions.
5) Chat transcripts of our conversation on WhatsApp messenger and Facebook messenger. Since all the chat transcripts were thousands of pages to print, samples taken at regular interval in the period between MM/YYYY to MM/YYYY are included.
6) Copy of the return tickets for the main applicant to travel to Pakistan for the wedding ceremony that took place on DD/MM/YYYY. Copies of the tickets of the main applicant visiting his wife in MM/YYYY and MM/YYYY.
7) Passport Pages Showing Entry Stamps to Pakistan for Wedding
Facebook post about relationship status, friends and family comments on post blessing us with their good wishes.9) Receipts of the money transactions from Husband to wife account
10) Receipts of money top-up to wife cell phone by Husband
I have provided all the documents as advised in the checklist provided in the document "Guide to supporting documents" and other relevant documents in support of my application.
