marriage visa to bring my fiance uk from brazil

Post by london2018 » Wed Nov 29, 2017 7:09 pm

hi guys, great site

i wonder if anyone can can give me some advise?

my fiance (brazil national) we have been together 4 years. she lived with me for 3 in london and come and went on visitor visas. last month was refused entry at heathrow and sentb ack to brazil the next day due to previous over staying.

i would like to apply for a visa and bring her back to get married in uk but am i wasting my money? would i be better going to brazil for the marriage then making the visa appliacation to bring her here as my wife?

getting married here in uk would be much easierfor me but at the same time its £3k cost involve?

i meet the criteria, good job, own home, etc. supported her all time she was here previous

any advise much appreciated

Where does the £3,000 come from? The cost of the wedding, or your estimate for the visa fees :?:
