hi, I am in UK on a tier 2 general visa (5 year) and we have been blessed with a baby.

I started filling all the information and at the end of the form its asks a declaration to check one of the below-
-I am the applicant
-I am a representative of the applicant and have been authorised to act on their behalf and have discussed and confirmed the contents of this application with them.

Which option shall i choose? i think it should be second option but just want to confirm.
