Hi Folks!!
Just when I was going to submit my British Naturalisation application in 2 days time I received a letter informing that I was caught overspeeding in average speed check 50mph area driving at 63mph.
They have asked me to provide the name of the driver who was driving at the time of offence within 28 days of the offence.
Since I already had taken the speed awareness course in the past 2 years it is unlikely that I would be offered at this instance.
I have 2 questions here
1) technically I haven’t received points on my driving licence AS YET do I disclose in my British Naturalisation application or should I leave it
2) if I do disclose how can it impact my application
I never had points on my DL before.
Thank you in advance
