T1E - waiting for the updated guidance.

Hi All,

With my extension time coming closer, I am waiting for the updated guidance which home office generally releases in April and November every year. I think I am looking out for the updated guidance with some desperation now. Possibly to ensure that I have the latest guidance and the application forms while I am preparing for my extension application. Today is the last day of November and still the updated guidance is not published.

Is this really worth or I am being overthinking, overkilling and posing silly !

You are overthinking. HO updates the guidance when it is needed and if there are changes to the immigration rules and not on any fixed timeframe
Always use the latest guidance available on the website at the time you are applying

HO might not make any changes in the next few months as the changes are done when needed. Print the current form and apply when you are ready. Remember to apply before your present leave expires.
