ILR for Children

Post by ejirem » Thu Nov 30, 2017 2:34 pm

Hi guys,

Really need your advice here.

I am settled in the UK (ILR). I originally came on tier 1 with my wife and children. However, while my wife and I have our ILR we have allowed my children's resident permit to expire some 6 years ago. We could not afford to pay the fees then.

Now, we want to apply for ILR for them as we can afford it now. Should we apply using for SET(o) or do we have to regularise their immigration status first and then apply for ILR ?

We have been in the UK for 11 years continuously.

Thanks for your help.
