Post by nimbim » Fri Dec 01, 2017 12:31 am

Hi , my daughter(2.5yo) was born in Australia but lives in UK with her mother and now holds a british passport. I need advice about visa options and how to apply. Thank you

Are you in a relationship with her mother?

Then you may apply if you have arrangements with the mother and can prove you intend to play a role in your child's life for the foreseeable future.

I had a look in the online application and it seems pretty straight forward.
I only hae a few doubts on the finacial part , do I need someone to sponsor me? I have a reasonable savings account and some equity in my house, will that be enough?
Thank you
