DOMESTIC WORKER VISAS

Hy everyone.

Does someone know about the application of domestic worker visas procedures? I want to employee an immigrant (Non-EU worker) as a domestic worker who is already present in Ireland. Please guide me accordingly. Does anyone had such experience before? Any tips for application procedure? Rules and regulations?
